Architecture becomes visible when the business changes. Imagine that every refund above a new threshold now requires a manager's approval. In a point-agent portfolio, the work begins with discovery. Which agents can issue a refund? Which channels can reach them? Which teams copied the old rule into a prompt? Which integrations can bypass the approval step?
