AIOS solutions
A distributor runs on small exceptions: an order for an item that is out, a supplier shipment that slipped, a customer on credit hold, an invoice past due. Your inside sales and customer service teams know how to handle each one, and spend the day doing it by hand. AIOS learns how they work and runs it, from order to cash.
Clean orders flow through the ERP on their own. The work is everything that does not: a backordered line, a substitution, a price that does not match the contract, a ship date that moved. Each needs someone to check the stock, the customer’s terms and the history, decide, and tell the customer. AIOS workflows take that shape and start on their own when the exception appears.
Margin leaks one override at a time. Every action AIOS takes is checked against policy before it touches the ERP, so a price below the floor, a credit-limit override or a substitution the customer has not agreed to waits for an expert’s sign-off, and everything inside the rules simply gets done.
Every action, input and output is written to an append-only ledger, so when a customer disputes a price or a short shipment, the answer is the record of what was promised and who approved it.
The same core works both sides of the business: it chases a supplier whose purchase order is late, and tells the customers whose orders depend on it before they call. It sends the text, places the call or answers the phone with the same context, and customer memory carries what each account was told.
AIOS has ready-made connectors for NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, QuickBooks and Salesforce, among more than 100 systems. A distribution ERP without one connects through its API or database, or Nightshift autonomously builds the connector. There is no migration.
Backorders and substitutions.
Finds the lines that cannot ship, offers the customer an approved substitute or a new date, and updates the order with their answer.
Late supplier shipments.
Chases purchase orders past their promised date and tells the affected customers before they ask.
Order status and reorders.
Answers where an order is and takes a reorder by phone, text or chat at the customer’s own pricing.
Overdue invoices and credit holds.
Chases past-due invoices on your schedule and brings in a person before an account goes on hold.
Pricing disputes and short shipments.
Gathers the contract, the order and the delivery record when a customer disputes a charge, and routes it to the person who can settle it.
Work that follows an order from entry to cash: order exceptions, backorders and substitutions, late supplier shipments, order status and reorders, overdue invoices, and disputes over pricing or short shipments.
Only within the rules you set. Every action is checked against policy before it runs, and anything outside it, such as a price below the floor or a credit-limit override, waits for an expert’s sign-off.

By finished work rather than seats, with no platform fee. AIOS checks each run against its goal before it charges an outcome fee, so a run that misses its goal carries none. AI model usage is billed at the provider’s cost plus 5%, and calls and texts on numbers AIOS provides at the carrier’s cost plus 5%. With your own model keys, or your own Twilio account and numbers, that usage costs nothing from cvlSoft.
